Refunds and Returns

Overview

When you place an order with our studio shop, we produce your item(s) individually and with individual attention — made-to-order according to the customer-specified options.

  • We offer a 100% refund if we become aware before production starts of your desire to cancel. Thank you for double-checking carefully when placing your orders, and for acting early to inform us of any requests.
  • We do not have a warehouse and there is no inventory because every item we produce is made-to-order for each customer. For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds after actual production has begun on an order.

Defects

Contact us with your order number for questions related to any item that suffered a loss during the production process. Such events are extremely rare with our exceptional vendor because of the personal attention each item receives. But concerning potential manufacturing defects: our vendor guarantees the work, so we’re covered — and that means you’re covered.
